Canadian pharmaceutical billionaires were murdered, police say

Canadian pharmaceutical billionaires Barry and Honey Sherman were murdered in a quarried killing, Toronto police said on Friday, but no one has been charged in their finishes.

Police disclosed that they were treating the case as murders six weeks after the Shermans were set dead. They were hanging by belts from a railing next to a swimming tarn in their home, a friend close to the family told Reuters.

Autopsies conducted in December decided that Barry, 75, and Honey, 70, died from ligature neck compression, guard previously said in a statement.

Barry Sherman founded Apotex in 1974 and built it into one of the sphere’s biggest generic drug makers, making him one of Canada’s richest people.
