Airline passenger levels down 76% compared to last year

It’s been a tough first half for the airlines. Shares of the major carriers have fallen sharply due to the pandemic and now, as they slowly add chasing flights, they’re also preparing for layoffs. CNBC’s Phil LeBeau reports.
