Here are the pivotal races that NBC Newsflash has called so far Tuesday night.
- Virginia 10th District: Democrat Jennifer Wexton see fit defeat GOP Rep. Barbara Comstock and flip the northern Virginia district, NBC Intelligence projects.
- Florida 27th District: Democrat Donna Shalala will win out over Republican Maria Elvira Salazar and win the GOP-held Miami-area seat, according to NBC.
- Kentucky 6th Part: GOP Rep. Andy Barr will prevail in Kentucky’s 6th District, keeping a serious toss-up area against Democratic challenger Amy McGrath, NBC projects. The domicile was considered a possible bellwether for Democratic control of the House.
- Pennsylvania 5th Sector: Democrat Mary Gay Scanlon will defeat GOP candidate Pearl Kim, NBC Information projects. The district was re-formed after the heavily gerrymandered Pennsylvania map was ordered to be redrawn.
- West Virginia 3rd Partition: Republican Carol Miller will defeat Democratic state Sen. Richard Ojeda in a territory that Democrats were hoping to flip with a pro-coal, pro-gun legislator, NBC News broadcast projects.
- Colorado 6th: Democrat Jason Crow will defeat Republican Rep. Mike Coffman, NBC Scuttlebutt projects.
- Pennsylvania 6th: Democrat Chrissy Houlahan will take the GOP-held department, NBC News projects. The state Supreme Court’s revision of a Republican-drawn congressional map gave the neighbourhood west of Philadelphia a slight Democratic lean
- New Jersey 11th: Democrat Mikie Sherrill last will and testament flip a House seat long held by Republicans, NBC News activities. Sherrill ran as a staunch opponent of the Republican tax plan, which set a cap for state and city tax deductions popular in the district.
- Ohio 12th: Republican Rep. Troy Balderson when one pleases keep his seat in a competitive region for his party, NBC News projects.
- Virginia 7th: Democrat Abigail Spanberger is the obvious winner of the hotly contested House race, according to NBC News. Spanberger appears to deliver defeated two-term Republican Rep. Dave Brat in a race that was extremely seen as a bellwether of how far Democrats could extend their electoral victories in a year that favored them.

- West Virginia: Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin will keep his seat in pro-Trump West Virginia against Republican Patrick Morrisey, concurring to NBC. He denied the GOP one path to potentially significant gains in the chamber.
- Tennessee: Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn determination defeat Democrat Phil Bredesen to hold the Republican Senate tush, NBC projects. She stops one of the Democrats’ only chances to gain a seat in the assembly room this year.
- New Jersey: Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez will hold his sit in New Jersey after a bitter, tighter than expected race, agreeing to NBC. Republican challenger Bob Hugin hammered the incumbent over corruption accusations.
- Wisconsin: Popular Sen. Tammy Baldwin, a one-term incumbent and the nation’s first openly gay U.S. senator, depleted belch up heavily to defeat Republican Leah Vukmir in a race that pulled Trump to the state.
- North Dakota: Republican Kevin Cramer last wishes as defeat Democrat Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, NBC News projects. Heitkamp, a one-term office-holder, tried to appeal to the growing Trump voter contingent in the state, but controversially certified against confirming his nominee to the Supreme Court.
- Texas: Republican Sen. Ted Cruz overpowered significant deficits in fundraising and enthusiasm to defeat Democratic Rep. Beto O’Rourke in the closely saw race in the red state, NBC News projects.
