Congress is dealing 2 big blows to Obamacare

Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Lamar Alexander of Tennessee say they’ve corrupt their effort to force a year-end budget bill to restore federal payments to insurers that be undergoing helped contain premium costs.
