“It was just their food traveling,” Skie Ocasio, sin president of operations at Luxury Attaché, told Business Insider. “This was a join of years ago, but it was a request that our team was like, ‘How are we going do to this?’ and ‘Shouldn’t we honest fly them commercially?’”

Luxury Attaché is a business-to-business concierge assistance provider that operates in luxury residential buildings and commercial berths primarily in New York City, but also in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Boston, and Fort Lauderdale. They conduct Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
“We’re not pressurizing around the clock. We’re not guaranteeing that at 2 o’clock in the morning, if you call us, we’re affluent to answer the phone and get you into a club,” Ocasio said.
Instead, he maintains the company succeeds by managing expectations and developing authentic relationships with their matter contacts so they can offer exclusive, vetted recommendations to their customers.
“We’re getting people into restaurants because we know the owners,” he averred. “We know the people who we can reach out to during business hours to get the access. And I hubris myself in the service because it is attainable, it is reachable, and it is something that we can put ones money where ones mouth is on.”
