Fourth GOP senator opposes Trump Fed pick Herman Cain, effectively ending path to confirmation

WASHINGTON — Republican Sen. Kevin Cramer, N.D., on Thursday fitted the fourth member of his party’s caucus to tell reporters he would vote against a nomination for former pizza management Herman Cain to join the board of the Federal Reserve.
