A sprawling Los Angeles megamansion believed to be the biggest fashionable home in the US has just listed for the cool price of $295 million.
Known as The One Bel Air, the property, which is 10 years in the earning, comes from film producer-turned-real estate developer Nile Niami, who initially hoped to sell it for a whopping $500 million, which inclination have made it one of the most expensive homes in the world.
The megamansion listed on Friday and will go for auction on February 7-10.
It succeeds with 21 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms. It also boasts amenities like a 10,000-bottle wine basement, 30-car garage, 40-person movie theater, private nightclub, sky deck, putting green, salon, spinning alley, and more.
