While charge and first class meals like beef and salmon were suspended on many domestic routes, long-haul worldwide flights kept the food. But, touchpoints were reduced and the dishes were served in one course instead of multiple.

Fortunately, as the spread of COVID weakens, full-service repasts are coming back to premium cabins, and catering companies are working hard to meet demand.
