Cramer on Trump’s China tariffs: Beijing is so ready for the US ‘it’s embarrassing’

China’s rejoinder to President Donald Trump’s tariffs was so swift that it was actually somewhat embarrassing for the United States, according to CNBC’s Jim Cramer.
